  All artwork remains the sole property of Carol Black-Lemon Art Shop, including originals, commissions, prints, and all current or future reproductions. Purchase does not grant permission to: - Reproduce, copy, or distribute the work for profit or otherwise. - Mint as NFTs or create derivative products.

  Collectors may post purchased works on personal social media. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires written permission from the artist.

  Liability & Product Care

  Carol Black-Lemon Art Shop is not responsible for any damage caused after receipt of goods by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: - Fingerprints, smudges, tears, or mishandling. - Improper storage or framing.

  Damaged or faulty items upon delivery: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or studio error, please contact us. We thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment.

  Please carefully read all product descriptions before purchase. Print sizes include borders as specified.

  Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  We strive for your satisfaction and will address issues promptly. Note: - Colors may vary slightly due to differences in device screens. - Return shipping costs (except for faulty items) are the responsibility of the customer. - If a misprint or bonus print is included in your package, these are complimentary. Any request for replacement must include a photo of the original invoice received with your shipment as proof.

  Shipping

  ·       Processing times are listed on each product page.

  ·       Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods.

  ·       Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  ·       We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  Restocking fee: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

  International Duties & Taxes

  ·       All orders are shipped from South Carolina, USA.

  ·       Import taxes, duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

  ·       Customs may contact you directly for payment.

  ·       If duties are refused and the order is returned in original condition, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs.
